Arman Parsa, DMD
Dr. Arman Parsa was born in New York, but was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona since a young age. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at ASU he attended Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree . He then furthered his education for two additional years at University of Southern California for his specialty training in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Parsa met his wife Sonya, who is also a Pediatric Dentist in Arizona, in dental school. They enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and love to keep up with the latest Netflix shows. They have a small Yorkshire Terrior named Dre.
Dr. Parsa is also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Arizona Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Stephen Montoya, DDS
“Dr. Steve,” as he is known by his patients, graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2006. Prior to attending dental School, he attended Portland State University. Dr. Steve completed a Pediatric Dental Residency at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Rhode Island. In 2009, Dr Steve became a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Steve has been married for 14 years and has 3 children.
When he is not working, Dr. Steve can be found spending time with his family, swimming, fishing, golfing or playing sand volleyball. He enjoys volunteering in the community where he visits school and head start classes in the area to teach children proper oral habits.
Todd Butler, D.D.S.
Dr. Todd Butler completed dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to this, he received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, and has gone on to complete a residency program in pediatric dentistry– also at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He is recognized as a specialist in pediatrics by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Butler lives in Queen Creek with his wife, Michele, and their five children. After many years in Texas, the Butlers are glad to be in Arizona closer to family. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping outdoors, or working with his hands on carpentry or other projects.
Dr. Spencer Mecham
Dr. Mecham was born and raised here in the Valley. After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Mecham attended the University of Nevada – Las Vegas where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. Dr. Mecham then went on to complete advanced residency training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Colorado.
Besides staying up to date with the latest innovations and technology in orthodontics, Dr. Mecham loves spending time with his wife and three wonderful children.
Dr. Mecham is a Board-certified orthodontist from the American Board of Orthodontics and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics.
Reuben Turner, DDS
Dr. Turner is a board-certified dental anesthesiologist and specializes in the treatment of pediatric patients. His advanced anesthesia training focused on providing hospital and office-based anesthesia for children. Dr. Turner attended Creighton University for dental school and completed his post-doctorate specialty training in anesthesia at the University of California at Los Angeles and MLK/Drew Medical Center. He holds certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Dr. Turner provides our patients with the treatment option of general anesthesia, which allows patients to sleep throughout their appointment and provides the patient with a wonderful dental experience.
