With the summer heat still in full force across the Valley of the Sun, it’s time to start looking for some great indoor activities for Phoenix area families to enjoy together to beat both heat and boredom. Below are some of our favorite activities you and family can do, all within the comfort of an air-conditioned building!
The Arizona Science Center
Since the mid-80’s, the Arizona Science Center has been a place for families of all ages to come together to enjoy a day full of science. With ever-changing exhibits, the Arizona Science Center always has something for everyone in your family. This summer, the Arizona Science Center is offering a variety of different events and even summer camp options.
The Arizona Science Center is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Jump Street
What’s better than a huge room full of trampolines?! Jump Street offers families one of the most unique ways to cool office this summer by providing visitors with over 20,000 square feet of wall to wall trampolines. With activities like Trampoline Dodge Ball and Friday Night Teen Night, Jump Street is one of the best indoor activities for Phoenix area families.

If you’re looking for more of an adrenaline rush, Octane Raceway in Scottsdale is the place to visit.
