If you’ve got a little one (or maybe a big kid) who loves big monster trucks smashing things to pieces, then we’ve got the perfect event for you! Monster Jam is coming back to Phoenix, and this time, it’s hitting University of Phoenix Stadium. Monster Jam is the premier motorsport event tour that’s hitting the Valley of the Sun on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 7:00pm.
What Happens at Monster jam?
The competition consists of Monster Jam trucks facing off in at least two different competitive events, racing and freestyle. In the racing portion, the first truck to cross the finish line with the least number of penalties wins. During the freestyle, the trucks come out to show off how monstrous they can get in a jaw-dropping display of stunts and tricks.
This year, the monster trucks making their appearance in Glendale include Grave Digger, Max-D, El Toro Loco, Metal Mulisha, the all-new Gas Monkey and more. These beastly machines will bring you and your family to your feet, soaring over and crushing through a custom-designed track full of obstacles for your family’s enjoyment!

Tickets are already on sale for Monster Jam, and you have several packages to choose from, including VIP and Pit Passes for the Glendale event. They can be purchased through ticketmaster or at the box office of University of Phoenix Stadium on the day of the event.
